Hope Town

Hope Town is a small little harbor on Elbow Cay, with a couple of marinas, lots of mooring balls, and a light house. I’m anxious to do a little Christmas shopping, so we head in to check it out. I find some new treasures in a couple of the boutiques and we learn that there is a Christmas celebration in the park this evening. Lunch at Captain Jack’s on the water. The Christmas celebration offers food, drinks, crafts and shopping, mini golf and kids activities including an ice skating rink made from plastic sheeting. The highlight though is the Junkanoo which is a parade of dancing and music performed by the kids of the Cay. What a great way to celebrate Christmas!
