Tilloo Cay

Finally we have some nice weather and it seems like the whole marina is heading out for a couple days. We are pretty excited to see some more of the Abacos too. We head out to Tilloo Cay, anchor out at the northern end near Tahiti Beach, and set out to do a little exploring in the dinghy. The water is so clear so we keep our eyes open for conch, fish and turtles.

We end up at Cracker P’s on Lubbers Quarter Cay for drinks, snacks and lively conversation with folks at the bar. We come back to the most spectacular sunset we have ever seen giving new meaning to the old saying “Red sky at night, sailor’s delight”.

Yes we really are in the water!
