Little Harbour to Eleuthera

Saturday February 19, 2022

It’s been a windy week and today is the only weather window to Eleuthera for the next 10 days. Ordinarily a forecast of 6’ seas does not seem very appealing. But after a day of light winds. The seas are nice long rollers, instead of choppy seas. So decided to take the risk.

Turned out to be a great day. Nice long period swell and light winds starting on the nose and clocking around to the west.

Calm seas and light winds. 15.6 miles to go.

Jim and Michele Rubeor on “Ruby Oar” and Bruce and Bonnie Williams on “Odyssey” are a little behind us heading to Royal Island on Eleuthera too.

What a spectacular day!

So glad the waves settled down for you all. Great seeing everyone but went way too fast. Enjoy the rest of your cruising.
