Thank you “Copeing”

It takes a village, or a Yacht Club to maintain a boat. Look at the brand new seat cushions on our Stidd chair. A great friend of mine, Ray Cope on “Copeing” happened to have these lying around and they didn’t fit on their boat. So he gave them to me. Wow, new cushions make “Elizabeth Anne’s” pilot house look like a brand new boat.
As always, what we thought was going to be easy. Just take the old cushions off and install the new ones. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The back of the seat was glued on to the frame. Had to take the seat apart to get it done. Seat mechanism was very well greased and we managed to avoid spreading grease all over the new cushions.
Beth spent a couple of hours cleaning the old foam and glue off the back plate. New back cover now looks great and now the project is checked off the todo list.
